The rounds Loma won 8-11 were much more solid than Lopez's 1-7.

Further proof, you cannot have a sensible debate with a guy who is rocking their guy's pic. It will never end.

What Lopez managed to land in those rounds were very few body shots when Loma was against the ropes, while missing over 80% of his shots... He didn't hurt or slow Loma down at all, as can be seen to how Loma lit the fire in the 2nd half. He simply managed to keep Loma out of range and remain hesitant. Sure he won the points in those rounds for activity, but Loma was displaying some master defense. If it was another fighter doing such defense, they would get praise from the same people who are dissing Loma.

What Loma did after the 7th though, in 8 through 11, was a beatdown. He started throwing combos at Lopez's head from all angles. He made Lopez confused and keep his hands down. He beat Lopez in a far superior fashion in those rounds.

Lopez did explode in the 12th though, and Loma became careless enough, and both traded some solid shots. I would give 12 to Lopez.

But in rounds 1 through 11, Lopez won the points while Loma definitely won the fight.

      This needs a rematch...
I was the one that was saying Loma would absolutely put a masterclass on and embarrass and stop Lopez. There are levels to this and Lopez is lucky to share the ring with him. I’m sure you were equally confident about Loma? Therefore when you see the way the fight unfolded how can you bring yourself to say this crap?...... “Loma was dominant between rounds 8-11” is this what we are doing? The most dominant round for any fighter was the 12th and final round and Loma lost that.
Loma you claim showed great defence for the first 7 rounds but chose not to throw a punch or didn’t have the IQ to engage for 21 minutes in a unification fight?
In round 7 his dad is still giving instructions to be patient Wtf. If telling yourself Loma was amazing in round 8-11 helps you get over this loss so be it but that performance left me thinking I don’t need to see the rematch. U can’t fight for 4/5 rounds and expect you deserve a rematch. He needs to go back down to 130 and thank his lucky stars I didn’t put money on him for that fight

Listen man these morons will be telling you that it was one side beating 12-0 or 11-1 in favour to Lopez. Don't bother to say anything these clowns are delighted that another white fighter got robbed in America. Yes he was robbed because these bribed judges would not let him win on points. They gave Lopez any possible and impossible rounds so Loma wound need a KO to win the fight. Karma is a ***** and I home Lopez gets the same treatment if he ever fights outside America

So really, the first half was all points for Lopez but zero damage to either fighter.
                Just let it go, Vlad.

In the eyes of NSB, jabs don't count or matter at all, therefore Lopez won a blowout just like Julie Lederman said.

I actually have nothing against Lopez and wish him no harm. He did win 7-5 in my eyes and Loma was very disappointing in the first half. He did nothing.

But the fanboys claiming it was some dominance and totally agreeing with the scorecards, that’s what bothers me.

I agree that Loma didn't do nothing in first 6rds, just imagine if he knocked down Lopez several times in late rounds he wouldn't get a victory anyway cuz bribed judges already had taken care of it..
