It's easy to look back and say this or that, but the way Lopez was gassing fast from R8 to R11 tells me it could have gone the other way around if Loma did more in the early rounds... Lopez was obviously unable to cope in these Loma moments... But it is what it is, and so be it...

Right. He looked super fresh after 7 rd’s, as soon as the pressure came he started to slow considerably quick.

          He was adjusting.

By the end of round 12 it was Lomachenko who was in trouble and looking like he was seconds away from getting dropped.

Lopez himself is pretty basic at 23
Still hasn't reached his prime yet around 26-32

He has around 6 fights away from reaching his peak years.

            Loma lost to a noob

When I saw that I realized that Loma has probably always been that way with Lopez/his father which is why they don't like him. They show him respect and all they get in return is a blank stare.
I saw them both embrace. And, regardless, it was a very unsportmanlike thing to do to denigrate a universally, justly, admired champion in his day of misfortune..

I'm basically saying that Loma's fans shouldn't really be expecting Lopez to show him nothing but the utmost respect when Loma isn't reciprocating.

The way Loma was after the fight was similar to how Lopez Sr described him when he met him long before this fight was signed. He said he tried to shake his hand and talk to him but Loma just looked at him like he's a piece of ****. That's what Loma's demeanor was like to Lopez post-fight, it could be because of all the **** Lopez talked before the fight or Lopez Sr might've been right this whole time and Loma is an arrogant prick. Who knows.
Teo was showing very good sportsmanship

But idk what he thinking trynna shake a man’s hands after talking all that ****

Nobody wanna see that fake **** trynna look like a nice guy and get good publicity

If all that stuff teo was saying true idk why he wanna shake that man hand and then act surprised when loma told him to **** off

If all that **** teo was sayin was true about loma starting the **** then why teo apologize to loma after the fight?

He shoulda let his nuts hang and talk more **** like a Duran or Tyson

Sound like teo was cappin to me

Lol I love Loma, he's my favorite current boxer, I put money on him saturday night, I've been watching him since he was an amateur, I used to watch his fights in the dressing room before I had to compete but the guy lost fair and square. People act as if making a guy hesitant to throw isn't part of the game, it's clear that Loma respected Teo's power way too much. Lopez landed the harder shots, more shots, he countered Loma, he landed more body shots and I while I don't like Bradley as a commentator, he made a big point, everytime Loma tried to step around Lopez, Lopez pivoted, I have tried that same move in sparring and more talented guys just pivot with me and nullify it.

Loma is a great fighter but he isn't unbeatable and he didn't invent **** in terms of footwork or technique, Lopez was better than he expected at every aspect and at world level boxing, size matters, he isn't a natural lightweight. People put excuses for a guy with two olympic golds, countless titles and hundreds of fights and ignore the fact that Teo did what he did as a 23 year old with a single title match under his belt.

While I agree with that, fighters ALWAYS learn something in all of their fights, both wins and losses, especially against very good fighters and when it’s a full 12 round fight. So I’m sure Lopez learned something in that fight just like Roy Jones learned something in his dominating wins against James Toney & Bernard Hopkins early on in his career. And Leonard learned something else in his tough wins against both Benitez & Hearns. Anytime you beat a very good fighter, you take what you did good and what you can improve on, pace, tempo, timing of shots, angles, defense, ring generalship, distance, how to better fight a pure boxer. Lomo was supposedly the ring surgeon and ring technician but Lopez schooled him. But he still got better in that fight to be even greater, that’s all I’m saying.

Nah, not every time! Loma was shook, and didn't engage, but maybe those body shots were harder than they looked? He wasn't hitting me, so I can't judge! I just think Zepeda, Prograis, Ergashev, Ramirez, or Taylor would welcome the exchange more than Loma did!
