That Martian head of his was able to take shots. He was never a gatekeeper. Just a guy who would give you rds.

Its not an attribute; it's just destiny for some to be great. That's why the sons don't turn out like their dads even if they have the dna and the training and opportunities. You could give someone all the opportunities and skills and physical and mental attributes, it doesn't matter. Some are born for greatness. It's not a technical, measurable variable that defines greatness.

Give rounds to fighters that don’t stop throwing punches, or fighters who don’t get discouraged even if they’re not successfully landing. Not every fighter is like that.

He became known for his peek-a-boo style but he actually used that few times only. He looked great when he was offensive

Just a one line reply to refute that?

Ask Cotto how he felt after the fight with him. Ask Zab and Corrales too.

Baldo beat him too, right? Let him brag about how he beat the living shit outta him.

Ask them how’s their experience fighting a turtle

                    The better question ahould be...

What floyd does that loma doesn't?

                    -Both have great skills
-Both have the same kind of performance but floyd was given a win and loma doesn't.

The main difference between them is...

-Floyd was favored by the referee
-loma wasn't favored by the referee
Floyd has the power and money to buy the judges and referee while loma don't have half of that power and money.

                    • Much, much, much faster hands, hits a lot harder, aggressive mentality, a much better pro resume. Loma is very good technically, but there's much more to a fighter than technique. The amateur/pro thing is too different games. Frankie Gavin was a world-class amateur, as a pro in his prime he lost to the decent domestic level Sam Eggington, and never at any stage of his career looked like he was going to be a world champion. A few had hype on him early, I never did. I knew what he was, a decent domestic level pro fighter.
