I disagree. Loma is carrying much more body fat and could go much lower. He fought at 126 when he was a mature fully grown man all done growing. He could return to 126 or 130 if he wanted. Lopez is much leaner and indeed he could not fight below lightweight. He is only 23 and has never fought below 135 and will probably move to 140 soon. he is the naturally bigger man by a lot. If there is a fight night weight given this will show up.

What is your prediction? You seem not to like any of them two.

This is too early for Lopez. And I do not know if he will ever be ready for Loma who is at or near his prime. The Level of skill Loma possesses is too far removed of Lopez's skill.

Lets look at it like this: In tennis you basically know who is going to win, if the competitors are not Roger, Rafa or Novak. The difference in skill between the absolute elite and the next in line is too big for surprises.

It is same in boxing. Ok, we do have the possibility of odd KO's which levels the playing field somewhat. But in this fight the difference in actual boxing skill is too big for any real possibility for surprises.

I know that Lopez is big, young and packs a decent punch. But when you look at the fights of these too you must see the difference in the skill, mustn't you? Lopez is going to reek havoc among the best of the division for a long time, but against the very elite of the boxing p4p...? He is out of luck.

I predict nerve wrecking first tree rounds, where Lopez has some level of success, but after that Loma breaks him apart slowly and wins by wide UD or stops him in the rounds 10-12. Lopez might also quit in the later rounds.

          You are welcome, ya'll!

lomo will likely beat up and bully the kid.

i dont think he is ****** enough to let teofom land one of those loaded up punches on him.
however if one of those hayemakers did land solid from the bum kid i could see lomo in trouble. that likely wont happen doe.

I put peanuts on both Lopez and Lomachenko winning between rounds 9 and 11, and on a draw. Probably wasted money, but if I catch one of them it pays nice.

Then why is Loma defending the WBC belt tonight? Because Haney holding a fake belt. I'd be pissed and embarrassed if I was him, getting played by the WBC to call himself a champ. Meanwhile everyone knows Loma is the real WBC champ and defending the real belt tonight.

He's not defending the belt. WBC Franchise can't be lost in the ring.

Teofimo petitioned to be named Franchise Champion if he wins. That's different.

This gif and what they did during this COVID era is gonna be played back several years from now!

“Hey, remember back during the Scamdemic of Corona, social distancing is enforced and both Loma/Teofimo went under the ropes that separated them to do a proper face off with no masks for the most anticipated boxing match in 2020 for “all” titles! That was good times!”
