This thread is gay. Ortiz was with Hearn and he fought Malik Scott and Dave Allen. Ortiz had two title fights with Haymon and is being lined up to fight Andy Ruiz.

Am sure Scott “didn’t want to fight “against Wilder either...but it took less than a rd for Wilder to flatten him! Hammer was Ko’d by Wach. Point is Ortiz’s power is overrated just like he himself is. He is old and slow of hand and foot. One Ko win over Jennings in 2015 made his career. Wilder didn’t want anything to do with Ortiz bak then...instead taking numerous voluntarys against the likes of t Spilka, Washington, Duhaupas, Molina, Arreola. Way past it Ortiz is not knocking Pulev or any other top hw out at this point.

Nah, he'd probably knock Pulev out....

King Kong deserves a get back fight after the Wilder fight but this should be on a Undercard or on FS1

Reyneso's gonna need to start selling franchises with all the cats they've been picking up lately. Good for them.
Reyneso is very good but let's see if he even is a good match for Ruiz. Let's be real, the partnership with Valdez isn't really helping him. May not help Ruiz, though I think it will since Ruiz is skilled and has great handspeed for a HW. If he can get him in tip top shape, then Ruiz will be a hand full. But can we really expect that? I mean the man had to push his fight back because he wasn't going to be ready in November for ............Arreola???

Nothing wrong with coming back against a soft touch after getting knocked out.

It can't be just going from one hard fight right into another, all the time. Gotta mix in some tuneups and easier work against specific styles.

Well their success with all these new guys is to be determined. I'm just saying good for them for getting so many notable new guys.

Ruiz needs that David Goggins guy that Rogan has on training him. Ruiz would be a super middleweight.

To me Valdez just signed up with them to prolong his career & I think it'll help him do that. Guy is a rough n tumble mfer & already took years off his career with a couple of his fights. Although maybe not with that talked about Berchelt fight, but you ultimately can't keep a rooster from crowing I guess idk.

I think the King Ry addition is the most interesting pickup. He needed a high level team instead of training in his garage. That'll be the relationship I'll be watching the most to gauge them as trainers with a non-Canelo guy.

I wish it didn't take so long for him to take a rebound fight after getting KOed

Not when ur 41 and getting further and further away from ur prime! Soft touch/tune-up doesn’t belong on Fox prime time main event. Undercard or on Fs1 is more appropriate.

A tune up guy would be top 50, out of the top 100 (which this guy is by a lot) you'ed be better just a sparring session with someone good.

This is a Haymon give me a knock out special.
