Ortiz is 6th and his opposition is poor. Open up boxrec and compare the ratings of fights Ortiz comes out way lower than Pulev. Look at the opponent's win /loss records.

Fight was supposed to be co-main event to Ruiz vs the guy who cried when Klitschko beat him. Ruiz vs Ortiz is expected sometime later on.

Ortiz is probibly 5 years older then he'll admit and way past his prime.. So NO...he's not good and he gets popped out by any top 5 heavy.

He’s ranked as the 6th best active Heavyweight by Ring Magazine and this once poor man has a net worth of 8 million dollars.
