If Loma is once in a generation boxer, Salido must be better.

Talking about racism, Loma is a good fighter, not great, and gets more hype than actually deserved because he's white. Has to do nothing with nationality, either, because no American wishes he was a Ukrainian.

I personally don't like him because of the suffocating hype.

i dont think anyone really hates loma all that much

i think you have guys who are fans of certain fighters and have had those fighters, who have accomplished more, bashed by the same people who praise lomachenko...i think if that didnt happen you might see a different attitude towards him by those people

guys who have been fans of floyd, ward, canelo or whomever...and have had to see guys constantly bashing them by the same guys who laud loma....they get agitated a bit

It does sound ridiculous calling yourself a fan, yet hate on a skillful fighter like Lomachenko. Makes one wonder why you're even here. It's probably understandable if you're twelve. Man you've been here longer than anybody else and probably in your mid-fifties.

I remember a time when same posters like to ridicule fighters with aggressive styles, call them face-first brawlers. And now Salido is their hero. It's hilarious.

Yeah, I don't know how anyone cannot respect Loma's skill level other than hating on his color. He looks dominant as hell and levels above everyone he faces minus Salido who we can probably scratch off his record. Like when you watch him operate, he just looks like he's so much more advanced than all his opponents and they're left baffled and confused.

Some of you might call Gary Russell P4P awesome (despite hardly ever fighting but skill wise) and Loma made him look ordinary...

100% and funny as it may be, GRJ knocked out a friend of mine several years back on shobox. That's when I realized how special he was. Loma made him look like a clown.
