Just listening to the quotes from Wilder on here reminds me how and why watching Fury beat the sh** out of him and licking his blood was so satisfying. Here's to hoping Fury beats him worse next time and puts him out of the sport.

He fired the only guy in his training/management team that cares about him, if he is putting all the blame on Breland then his ego wont allow him to fix his flaws.....career suicide

Sacking off Breland, the guy that actually knows boxing, and keeping Deas...yea...real smart move. Keep the guy whose only advice for his embarrassing beat down against Fury was "just push him back and throw the right hand". The guy whose training techniques consist of dancing around in the ring and tugging himself off as Wilder shadow boxes, saying "that's right baby, beautiful, beautiful". A guy who hasn't been able to teach Wilder how to throw a decent jab in 14 years.

Breland did the right thing by stopping the fight. If he fired him for his coaching skill, I get that and Deas must go too cos Wilder performed terribly. Wilder should thank Breland for another PayDay, he was about to be ruined for life in that fight. I would want Breland in my corner, if I were to be a boxer. Boxers are humans and have family to go to.

Wilder should rewatch Rocky 4 and see how that worked out for Apollo.

Honestly he needs a corner man to put it on him vocally in training camp and in the corner when he fights. He’s not going to take direction from a Mark Breland . Wilder is very thick headed ,Deas is more like a cheerleader but he listens to him . Finkle actually needs to explain to Wilder he doesn’t run the show when it comes to his training ,this is such a joke of a career really when you look at who’s around him as well .

Wilder is playing a dangerous game with these statements. from now on any coach wont want to throw in the towel when he is in need of it.

I think that happened in the Katsidis v Earl fight. Any boxing scene member not seen that fight should crack open a beer and watch that on YouTube right now. Classic
