If Hatton managed to overwhelm Tszyu, Pacquiao befuddles him through sheer speed, and knocks him out through sheer hammers.
The Hatton fight was at the end of Tsyzu's career

Well, Pacquiao was not exactly in his prime when he fought Horn, was he?

Fact is, he didn't take Horn seriously enough but still won the fight - except for the judges.

I agree with you about a young Tszyu being superior to Hatton, no question. But Pacquiao at his best would still defeat him, IMO.

Sure, but I think Pacquiao's speed is superior to Tszyu's at their respective best. Thus I feel that Pacman would prevail, most probably after a war.

marquez is a master counter puncher he needed 4 fights and insane amount of roids from memo heredia in order to KO pac with that punch.

even floyd didn't land that type of punch.

kostya wouldn't be able to land it. and if he did he wouldn't KO pac. 170+ lb thurman landed that punch on pac and pac never came close to even going down.

so you're wrong. and pac would have beaten kostya quite comfortably.

You try to build it up like landing that kind of punch is almost impossible, then casually refer to when Thurman did it too.

Personally I have Pac as favourite. But with Zoo's timing, distancing, accuracy and heavy hands, he has a good chance of landing some hard, hard punches.

He wouldn't be able to put Pac down the same way he put Zab down though. The best version of Zab Judah was an extremely good fighter, but he wasn't on Pac's level.

Tszyu used to compete on the Russian amateur international squad, he has seen so many styles. He could easily deal with Paqs 1-2/1-2 style. He probably would have starched Paq sooner than Marquez. Simply slip Paqs jab and stick your right hand out there and Paq will run right in to it. Put power in the shot and Paq is knocked the F out. Even if Tszyu didn't knock him out I believe that he could have easily out boxed him. Easy win for Tszyu..............Rockin'

I was an admirer of Tszyu, mind you. But he went the distance with people such as Ben Tackie and Oktay Urkal, and Vince Phillips knocked him out... I just can't see the easiness for him that you depict. Pacquiao's one-two, one-two style is effective because of his extraordinary quickness. Remember how he destroyed Marco Antonio Barrera, theoretically superior to him in terms of technical skill.
