Well, what I know that Teixeira and Castaño are mandated to fight before November, and since Charlo just fought, I do not see him fighting before that (Teixeira or not Teixeria), so the only reason I see for the mandatory not happening is Teixeira ducking or being afraid to lose the possibility of a big money fight. So this has nothing to do with wanting or not a unified champion, which will eventually happen next with the winner of Teixeira and Castaño, and what is better than that the most deserving guy gets the chance.

Most deserving? Alright, I guess beating a bum like Wale Omotoso who was ranked #14 by the WBO @ 154 when he fought Castańo who he himself was ranked #8 at the time is real deserving of that mandatory position, LOL. Truth, be told the only reason Castańo is the mandatory to Teixeira is b/c he won the WBO inter-continental title from that bum Omotoso when they fought. Anyhow, Castańo adviser Sean Gibbons petition the WBO to make Castańo the mandatory even though he wasn’t ranked in the top 3, before he fought Omotoso but whatever. Everyone knows the WBO is corrupt that’s why their being sued by Trout. Either way Teixeira is without a doubt more deserving of a unification fight.

WBC didn't do franchise champions until Charlo became canelos mandatory. Teixeira is also a golden boy fighter. Wouldn't be surprised if Oscar is on the phone that the wbo pres right now

I don't think that Teixeira, or Castana, can beat Jermell, I do believe that they would push him to the limit. Jermell is so polished right now that he's got that division controlled. In another 1 to 2 years that could eventually change. Right now though he's the boss, in that weight class.

Anyhow, I digress Teixeira against Charlo for undisputed is the match I’m more interested in seeing.
He didn't jump from that point, to fighting for undisputed! Much different scenario! Adames was much tougher because he beat who? Stop it!

They already have a monopoly! Nobody thinking about Texieira!

You think Golden Boy had something to do with the WBC Franchise belt? And you think Golden Boy has pull with the WBO? A franchise WBO belt is not happening, you can bet on it.

How bout you take you’re own advice and stop it! I mean to try to minimize Teixeira accomplishment while praising Charlo when the first belt he ever won was also a vacant strap is hypocritical. Please, John Jackson is a bum while Adames was an undefeated contender when he face Teixeira.

Oscar doesn't have to because Al Haymon and the PBC don't do business with the WBO anymore; Which is why there isn't going to be a mandatory Crawford vs Porter fight for the welterweight WBO title. Al just doesn't like those guys
