Every fighter doesn’t have the contract he does. No a pandemic doesn’t “override everything” The contract dictates payment and obligations. No money in the pot and crowd size isn’t Canelo’s problem. That’s a GBP/DAZN problem. Filing in California makes this even more fun.

The HHH ship sailed twice already followed by Kovalev. DAZN signed the contract they are on the hook. You sound angry over a guy you’ve never met.

Lol. All of Canelo’a opponent were Matchroom or Co-Promoted by Matchroom. Canelo’a legal has a strong case for conflict of interest for Matchroom/DAZN with GBP collusion.

It all makes sense now about the approval narrative. GBP (colluding with Matchroom) gave Alvarez a list of opponents the whole time. Hearn wanted Fielding, Jacobs, Kovalev. That all benefits Hearn since Matchroom just needs to provide general boxing under his affiliation with DAZN..

The article states that GBP has also been focusing on other fights... that’s fine... and like I said before, DAZN still plans to go Global by end of year. Did they assume boxing worldwide with Alvarez wouldn’t gain additional subs separate from the USA market? That doesn’t make any sense if they thought they wouldn’t start gaining monies from going Global. How does DAZN not justify that in court?

DAZN caused all this to not help remedy this 50% cut vs 30%.

You should read the article. The fact that you’re even mentioning GGg is ******. The problem is that GBP failed to even show alternative plans for Alvarez which means DAZN had a lot of say for the funding, perhaps full exclusivity under their platform.
