What do you mean he can't stop it? Is Eddy a manager or a yes man? If that's the case, what does Whyte need Eddy for? He can hire anybody and tell them what he wants.

        "1 in a million"

Whyte's been down in 3 of his last 4. He's easy to time and hit brah. It was only a matter of time.

          1. Whyte has a legally binding rematch clause with Povetkin. So NO, Eddie can't stop him having a rematch.

          2. No, Eddie isn't a manager, he's a promoter. Dillian Whyte is self managed. He doesn't have a contract with Matchroom and he works with Eddie on a fight by fight basis. Last year Eddie wanted him to fight AJ at Wembley, Dillian turned the fight down because he didn't like the rematch clause and there was nothing Eddie could do about it except cancel the show.

          3. Yes, Whyte can hire anybody and he can work with any promoter he wants to work with. He keeps working with Eddie because, most of the time, Eddie can get him the fights he wants.

Povetkin was down twice in the 4th round against Whyte. I don't know about "one in a million", but anybody who says they weren't shocked and amazed when Povetkin suddenly knocked him spark out with that uppercut in the 5th is lying.

Seemed pretty physical when Povetkin slipped his punch then had him unconscious for about 5 minutes with the counter.

I truly wasn’t because Whyte has always been a fringe contender and nothing more.
