He made a great point about age ,20 is to young for someone to be champ. I like when I see Mike talk like this you can see he really is a smart guy when he's not in a bad mood .

First off, WOW what agreat interview. I love to hear Mike talk and express himself, which is also why I am glad that he left the sport when he did with his mind and speech intact. I wish I could hear Ali talk like himself today. Anyways, I think that was a good point about 20 being too young of an age to become champ. I have said that all along that if Mike had become champ at 25 instead, he would have had a much better career. Hell look at the lives of most child prodigies, they usually have really messed up lives, also look at Wilfred Benitez who was the youngest champ every at 17, look how his life turned out. Actually I kind of blame Cus D'Amato, he was really obsessed with having another champ before he died that he didn't let Mike just take his time to mature before putting all of that pressure on himself. Anyways, I agree that adding an age limit should be looked at.

Good post karma on the way...I never really thought about it until i saw this and I must agree that if he was older maybe things would have not been the same .I am starting to re-think my thoughts on the Cus /Tyson relationship .
