He made a great point about age ,20 is to young for someone to be champ. I like when I see Mike talk like this you can see he really is a smart guy when he's not in a bad mood .

He does have above average intelligence. I have seen almost all of his early fights, and just saw the two they showed on ESPN classic for the interviews at the end (cuz I've already seen the fights numerous times) to hear him speak, he had a very decent vocabulary for a 19 year old, for a boxer, and expressed himself better than many American college kids I've met. Maybe he is not intellectual, but "faaaar from smart"? Not at all.

Mike Tyson isn't really the person most people know him as, you can see that from interviews like this.
