He becomes the man who beat the man and we likely get Fury-Wilder 4.

I expect Fury to win the third fight though.

I just think Wilder vs Joshua would be explosive and probably over inside 3 rounds.
      I’d pick Wilder too.

      It’s a shootout though.

If wilder catches fury then it’s a win for Wilder but he will get no respect for it. It came out of a lucky shot in this circumstance and fury would still be seen as the top dog afterwards. It may show that Wilder is dangerous still but he can’t just go and only win the fight this way. It goes against human nature to root for a guy who doesn’t learn, change, or grow in how he deals with his problems. Fury wouldnt lose sleep over the fight since he knows and everyone else knows he Did good himself. Wilder would then be ****ed since he can’t go anywhere without fighting fury again which he’ll probably lose or fight AJ who would have absolute confidence anyway idk just how I see it

This... most any semi serious boxing fan knows that Wilder CANNOT box. He wins fights by getting in 1 GOOD shot over the course of 12 rounds.

If Wilder catches Fury... it will simply be that. No one will say that Wilder is a good boxer... but merely... "Wilder has 1 punch KO power."

This is why Wilder vs Fury 3 is pointless too... it will not answer any Boxing questions.

What does that change? Is Wilder suddenly the man again?
            Huh>?? Nope.

But, the match up would be 1-1-1 and there would be a 4th fight.

            Huge change, obviously

Not a fan of Wilder by any means but what type of "lucky shot" are you refering to? Cause all his ko's have been pretty well timed...

Wilder's only chance is to land that right. It won't be lucky because that is the only chance that he has. Don't forget that he had Fury twice down with that punch.

One thing is for sure. As one of Wilders fans told me the night before the rematch, he won't wanna be hearing any excuses..

If Wilder knocks Fury out, no one will talk about Fury anymore and you'll see Wilder everywhere.

Just like that. He who wins is used by the establishment.

                      it could happen

then it'd be a lucky shot, because Wilder was lucky that Fury started to behave in ****** fashion and lost focus
There is a mental aspect to being a great fighter as well and if Fury lost in that fashion then I would't call Wilder lucky. I would say that Fury made a poor choice that Wilder was able to capitalize on. Just think, Fury did a lot of showboating in the first fight without getting knocked out so I would give Wilder credit no matter what
