commentating on a sport is a skill, u can improve if given a bit of time and training so maybe he could be just fine........

Just watched Culcay vs Derevyanchenko and Mancini made a few good points. Problem is he made them over and over and over again. It got incredibly annoying. Charlo actually was more objective. Floyd has the knowledge but he may end up talking about the defensive end of the sport too much.

No. He still has a slight stammer. I personally don't like Roy Jones either, nor Andre Ward or Lennox Lewis.

RJJ is not good either. i think Floyd can't be worse than that.

i didnt like Foreman either (the way he talked during Tito vs Hopkins was a disgrace)

I'd say he definitely has the potential. Just having potential doesn't automatically mean it will happen though. Honestly I can't see Floyd having the time to take a job like that. You would think a man with his resources would have bigger and better projects going on

hah Floyd originally wanted to become a commentator upon retirement

But then he became tremendously successful and had a change of plans

I don't think he'll be an excellent commentator, but I think he'll be entertaining...
