Personally I have zero interest in seeing Floyd fight exhibitions or even regular fights against anybody who isn't a serious pro boxer. I give Logan Paul a 0% probability of winning. It is inevitable that Floyd will win so for me the fight is not interesting because we already know the outcome. There is a market for this sort of thing though. There is a large base of people that will pay to see this so both men will make a tidy sum. They are offering a show that some people want to see so I don't see the problem here, I just happen to be in the camp that does not find this event interesting enough to pay for
