That's how I see it also. I wouldn't count Smith out of any fight. He's always had concussive power but I feel like he's getting more skilled in setting up and delivering that power.

Beterbiev is strong, rugged and throws lightning too. I would see him as a heavy favorite but if Smith catches him clean he could very well spark him out.

But let's be honest. He has impressed by knocking out Fonfara, an ancient Hopkins and a semi-shot Alvarez.

He struggled with Hart and clearly lost to Bivol and Barrera.

Beterbiev is both an animal and a different level of fighter, who knocks Smith Jr out after a prolonged beating.
This is all true (although I thought he beat Hart fairly convincingly). He also dropped Barrera early and badly hurt Bivol at the end of the fight. His power seems very very real.

I'd expect Beterbiev to pulverize Smith and ultimately stop him but if Joe lands clean like Callum Johnson did, I'm not sure Beterbiev would survive.

Arum may be getti g a little ahead of himself here. Smith hasn't won WBO title yet! Realistically, don't see him beating Beterbiev although, if Callum Johnson was able to drop him, Smith has a punchers chance.

It all depends of which Beterbiev shows up on fight night. If he fights like he did Kalajdzic, I could see him hitting the deck early on. If he fights composed like he did against Gvozdyk the risk of getting clipped is more unlikely. Beterbiev is a weird one, he was never down against the likes of Dorticos, Hunter, Usyk in the amateurs, but he has been down twice as a pro. His chin is still an enigma to me.

He looks more stiff than Beterbiev though

Tell the judges to take the night off if they fight and get some popcorn cuz this fight is all action, maximum violence, a fight fans fight and very compelling due to the fact Smith seems to keep upsetting the odds set against him!

I wouldn’t dare bet on this fight, Beterbiev is just insanely strong and very physical but Smith is arguably just as strong an can be physical as well!

Who lands the biggest shot and who can take who’s power wins it?

Thing is for me, Callum Johnson dropped an hurt Artur badly and we all know Johnson’s power is nowhere in the class of Smiths who seems to be improving!

                      Hopefully we get it!
