The case hasn't been dismissed outright.

And the defendants have been served copies and do have to respond.

The only thing that will potentially dismiss the lawsuit is if Canelo's lawyers do not amend the lawsuit to "properly allege the citizenship" of the parties named in the lawsuit.

This is something you don't even have to be a lawyer to figure out.

I agree with those saying the error was intentional, done to give DAZN and GBP a chance to get their shyt together.
