For anyone's who's interested the technically centers around diversity jurisdiction - a situation where a sizeable civil action is being brought against multiple parties of differing state or nationality. Idea is that the federal court is used to prevent bias from the judicary of the state in question towards the parties from that state... but it requires the plaintiff to accurately identify where the residence / place of business of the defendents which is where the problem has come.
Golden Boy and DAZN US are LLCs but their 'citizenship' -the legal jurisdiction under which they fall - has been given as if they were corporations, ie; just the state where their HQ is located, rather than all the states where the partners in those businesses reside (presumably meaning at least Oscar and BHOP)
DAZN US is registered with Companies house here in the UK which states the parent is under Delaware legal jurisdiction.

US registration seems to lie with these guys:

But it's not specified which persons would be named as 'partners' or 'members' under US law.

A corporation is treated as a citizen of the state in which it is incorporated and the state in which its principal place of business is located.[4] A partnership or limited liability company is considered to have the citizenship of all of its constituent partners/members.[5]
