I can't believe people are underestimating Loma given his body of work and inflating Teo's chance at victory. Teo's speed and power can be neutralized by timing and great footwork and Loma has that in abundance coupled with the fact that he is a southpaw. Teo has a small chance of victory and it depends on whether his explosiveness can give him the opportunity to land something big.

I can picture Lopez's face seriously bruised and his braggadocio deflated after seven/eight rounds or so.

There is a saying attributed to Buddha that goes: When the student (Teo) is ready, the teacher (Loma) will appear. Lopez is talented but Lomachenko gona school him big time.

If Lopez works behind the jab and can neutralize Loma's footwork, he has a very good chance to take all of the belts.

I expect Loma to win but with Lopez hunger, I won't be shocked if he pulls off the upset. At the very least puts up a better fight than all the prior Loma opponents who decided to pull a no mas.

So being smart negotiating rather than taking the 1st offer is a stunt to those with egg on their face who were calling him names & pretending they're smart businessman....?

Agree, Loma's body work is damaging, once he gets caught with a Lopez devastating counter punch, he'll think again (if he stays awake) about working Lopez's body... I'm envisioning Lopez expecting, waiting, anticipating early body work just to time/catch Loma with something huge!

Lopez reign will be short. Wrong move here. Should've build up his name and resume. Gonna be cut short now. Lomachenko will ruin this kid. He's still green.

If Lom doesn't get caught, it will be because he uses angles and knows how to adapt to the bigger fighter.
