Nope just a boxing fan mentioning news on a fighter making a return and getting thoughts/opinions.

I never said there was demand for him, but you must care, because you felt the need to click on “Devon Alexander” & leave a comment.

The ones who don’t, just keep scrolling lol

Anyways, if you wanna talk actual boxing and not the “demand” of a fighter, lemme know. Until then, Enjoy the fights tonight & talk to ya later.

Nice career, but he should be retired. If Redkach stops you and old washed up Berto outboxes you, there is not much left.

Nice wins against Matthysse and Maidana.

        Christ.

Dude was a classic case of HBO trying to build someone who didn’t have it into a star. Decision Ws over Kotelnik and Matthyse that were hometown gifts. His only good wins were KOing a faded Urango and spoiling to a decision against Maidana almost a decade ago.

He was just a hype job, will get KOd some more if he comes back.

          Retire.
Berto does the same thing. Lol

            couldn't care less.

he was horrible to watch in his prime, and presumably even worse now.

one of these guys who made a good career for himself on the back of not having that much talent

i think i remember after the kotelnik fight, which i thought he lost handily, unveiling a teeshirt or something talling bradley, you next, bit cringeworthy considering he was just outboxed

but he must have been a very hard worker to get where he got too aswell

I don't care. He is completely done at the top level in my opinion. I am sure they will dig up some lousy guy he can beat just as they do for Kirkland and other boxers who were once pretty good and had a good name but are now finished at the top level. As soon as the put him in with a good fighter he will lose again as usual. He was a good boxer in his very short prime.

I forgot that Alexander even fought Andre Berto.

It’s crazy this guy once had a lot of hype around him.
