Klitschko era heavyweights > this era

Wladimir Klitschko went life and death with Anthony Joshua when he was 600 years old.

His performance against Tyson Fury was more impressive than either of Deontay Wilder’s performances and he was 500 years old at the time.

He beat a prime Bryant Jennings waaaay worse than any of the youngsters have.

He destroyed a younger version of Kubrat Pulev, who hasn’t been beaten since and is a consensus top 10 heavyweight now.

He destroyed a younger Alexander Povetkin, who is probably a consensus top 5 heavyweight now.

He destroyed a younger and undefeated Wach, who still causes problems to many top heavyweights (... or maybe just Dillian Whyte Lol)

Speaking of Pulev, he’s now a mandatory challenger and a consensus top 10 boxer. He’s considered a threat to Joshua. He’s 600 years old and was murked by Klitschko when he was better than he is now.

Speaking of Povetkin, he’s now the WBC interim champion after destroying the second ranked heavyweight in the world. He’s 600 years old and was murked by Klitschko when he was better than he is now.

Luis Ortiz was younger and better during the klitschko era as well. Top 5 heavyweight now.

I also think it’s telling that two of the four most recent heavyweight champions have been FAT guys. The other two champions have been pushed to the brink by SENIOR CITIZENS.

Don’t let Wladimir Klitschko’s greatness fool you. The talent level six years ago was much better than it is now. He was so good we couldn’t tell.

I totally agree. I already mentioned it some days ago on Povetkin`s example.

Vlad beat easily prime Povetkin and prime Pulev, those guys are still around in top 10.

Povetkin was looking at easy routes to fight Klitschko than. Now Povetkin goes forward to top contenders and he will probably challenge for world title again.

Also Vitali beat prime Chisora. Chisora si still somewhere top 15- 20. Vitali destroyed prime unbeaten Arreola. Arreola is still a fringe contender that gave Kownacki a hell of a fight.

You should maybe try and take away your exaggerations from the post and then you will give your own theory more credibility.

Between you both you are being far fetched in some cases, bringing pulev, kownacki, arreola, jennings, chisora into the discussion is odd at best. At very best these are the end of the top 10 and quite arguably well below that.

Klitschko himself was one fighter, he wasn’t an era in himself (or two if you mean both). So if you want to really compare an era you really want to take the top 10 fighters from a period of time to another to give a fair overall comparison.

Haha what a load of bollocks.

Wlad was a great HW no doubt about it, but who was his best win?

David Haye probably, and that says it all.

A David Haye who got sparked in 5rds by a 41-yr old cruiserweight who was past his prime and was working as a bouncer. LMAO.

            These guys are idiots.

If Wlad hadn't fouled and grabbed Povetkin all night - he would've been spark by Povetkin. And 39-yr old Chisora is 5x times better than the one Wlad and Vitali fought. The rest of the names up there aren't even worth mentioning since Haye was the 2nd best heavyweight in Wlad's era. LMAO.

              WTF

In the first fight, Wilder dropped him twice and nearly knocked him out, whilst Wlad barely laid a glove on him.

Chris Byrd and that was in 2000.

This feels like a troll thread...

Chris Byrd, Hasim Rahman and Axel Schultz are all better than anyone out there today besides Fury.

Povetkin, Haye and Pulev when Klitschko fought them probably are as well.

dunno, surely wilders draw with fury is as good as anything that wlad or vitali did.

wilders career may no longer be relevant but fury and joshua may yet toustrip the Ks, they arent finished. their signature wins may soon outstrip vitalis best win of 40 year old neverman sanders and wlads beating pov haye and shaggy.
