It's prizefighting first and foremost. Maximize your profits if you are privileged enough to do it. Fight whomever you want. Davis can pick and choose who he wants to fight at 130 and 135 (from Loma to the lowest ranked). Money talks and BS walks.

Loma himself knows the fight will happen. It's his MEGA fight. Many things can happen in between now and then. Loma or Davis or both can lose next.

Because he's levels above those rankings and their fake belts. He's that confident. That's why you don't hear mandatories with Davis. He doesn't give a crap about belts (doesn't need them) or some website's rankings (the ones you frequent and get your top 10 from!).
