All I can say is that Jermall better be prepared to move and box. If he decides to trade and exchange toe to toe with this guy then he could be asking for trouble.

On the contrary, I think trading would benefit him more than moving about.

Jermall is excellent at catching people between punches and when he does, they either get wobbled or knocked down.

If Derev doesn't get caught early, he can upset the apple cart and win by decision. If he fights the same way as he did with GGG...

He didn't look great against Korobov and Derevyanchenko is on a higher level than Korobov. This guy is the real deal, even at 35. He deserved the win against Golovkin but like it or not, the more well known fighter gets the nod in a relatively close fight 9 times out of 10.
Note, this is coming from a Golovkin fan who had him winning the first fight against Canelo and either a draw or 6-5 and 1 even for Golovkin in the rematch.

It's going to take another Herculean effort from Derevyanchenko if he wants to pull off the victory. He went to a dark place against GGG and I wonder if he has another fight like that in him. We shall find out soon enough and if he brings the same relentless effort then I like his chances.

I don't think he really went into a dark place with GGG. He took GGG to a dark place where he was getting hit with the bigger shots more regularly and they were having affect. Golovkin was older and more past his prime when that fight took place. There was a flash KD in the first round but by the middle of the fight, GGG was struggling to keep pace with Derevyanchenko.
