Well GGG loses to all of BHop, Jones, and Wright too. And Trinidad probably beats him straight up.No I said the same thing when the fight was announced between Trinidad and Hopkins. When they put Trinidad as the favorite over Hopkins I was laughing. It was plainly obvious that Trinidad who enjoyed a size and power advantage over most of his opponents had no chance to beat Hopkins. Those advantages did not apply to Hopkins. He was too smart and durable to lose to Trinidad. Your buddy Dreamer is too lazy to go look up the fight record of Trinidad. He's been dropped numerous times by fighters in a lower weight class. His record at Middleweight and above is not good. He lost to Wright, Hopkins and Jones. All outstanding fighters. However in his losses he was not competitive. His biggest asset was his power and against these guys he could not hurt them enough to stop the beat down or to really get into a possible winning position. No he would not beat all the guys that Golovkin beat. He's in a weight class that didn't suit him when he moved up.
Trinidad definitely beats Canelo and Dervenchenko but the Jacobs fight might be toughComment

GGG won the first
Canelo won the second
It means nothing. Because thats opinion.
Facts are Canelo 1 GGG 0
Just like you probably had ward losing to kovalev in the first fight. Facts are ward 2 kovalev 0Comment

So you claim 160 was a waste land and that all the old big names wanted nothing to do with GGG
So what was GGG supposed to do? Fight the best available which is what he did.
But that's not good enough for you lmfao! Youre fishing for an answer that isn't coming!
Im deflecting?
Oh?
What is it you're trying to prove? I had a good idea which is why I asked in the other post.
And guess what you did? You deflected my question!
Lmfaoooooooooo.
You know exactly why I used Canelo as a comparison? To expose your double standards. Those guys you talk about Canelo having good wins against?
Name some guys who were at MW while GGG was who sport better resumes than GGG?
You know what's also a fact? That a fighters resume does not determine the kind of fighter he is. GGG did the best with what was available.
GGG wasn't bless like Canelo who has a handful of guys who are WAY past it willing to cash out.
Even Canelo refused to fight GGG for over 2 years wasting GGGs time fighting the Khans, Liam smiths and JCC of the world.
But a guy like that gets a pass but to you GGG does not. What hypocrisy.
The only point you've proven is that GGG "fought in a wasteland".
So which is it? You cant even decide.
Since when does resume not determined what kind of fighter you are? You aren't credible until you beat somebody. And GGG resume is full of guys that never beat nobody. Therefore have no credibility.
And the few guys he fought that are credible. It was controversy in every fight. Both canelo fights and dereavychencko.Comment

I think Derevyanchenko would outmaneuver Trinidad. I had him beating Golovkin. Was Golovkin sick ?? Don't know but he did get beat in my estimation and Derevyanchenko should get credit for it. He could get knocked by Trinidad but I think he will make it through. Canelo would be a tough fight partly because Canelo has had stamina issues but it looks like that may be taken care of. Canelo has a world class chin so unless Trinidad can get to him consistently I don't see him getting badly hurt by Trinidad. I'd pick Canelo over Trinidad. Trinidad would have to outpoint Canelo. I agree Danny would be very tough for Trinidad. I won't get into Golovkin because we have very different views on that one. The point I made before about the bigger men being more likely to take his power and Trinidad getting dropped is a problem for me to pick him over the top Middleweights. That's the way I see it anyway.Comment

They are great fighters but he was dominated by those guys. The fights as I recall them we're not competitive at all. I see what you are saying but if he was such a great Middleweight those fights should have been closer. They weren't.Comment

u are having a laugh if you think you have proof that GGG wouldnt suffer the same against that calibre.
its about your best wins not your losses at the tailend of your career.
I can see why you have to use such falsities to press your argument.Comment

Against Hopkins and Wright he would be competitive. I think you are fooling yourself. There are no fallacies. You are arguing about Trinidad as a Middleweight.Comment

Canelo is supposedly now the p4p #1 best in the world and GGG fought him to a dead draw at 35 and 36 years old.Since when does resume not determined what kind of fighter you are? You aren't credible until you beat somebody. And GGG resume is full of guys that never beat nobody. Therefore have no credibility.
And the few guys he fought that are credible. It was controversy in every fight. Both canelo fights and dereavychencko.
The majority of people who saw those fights saw GGG win twice and you claim to have seen it once.
Watch your double standards.
GGG gets a favorable decision vs Derevyanchenko and youre sitting here whing about controversy.
Canelo has come controversy against
GGG twice
Lara
Trout
Mayweather
All fights where he has had controversial cards yet you don't bat an eye.
If you have to beat credible people to be somebody all of boxings top talent are nobodies.
Here's are some good questions to challenge yourself.
Is Lomachenko garbage because he doesn't have a "credible" win because his resume is littered with guys who beat no one.
Name the guys who passed through 160 when GGG was there and let me know how good their resumes were.
Because you've already said
"160 was a wasteland"
"No older big name fighter wanted GGG"
"GGG should have won once against Canelo"
But GGG is trash?
And yep. Resumes don't prove ****. Look at the Mikey Garcia and Adrian Broners of the world. You won't even be able to name MW resume better than GGG unless its Canelo.
Feel free to look at all the top guys and do your best to find those "somebodies" who are MUCH better than the guys GGG beat.Comment
