Michael Hunter gets my vote.

I was torn between him and Andy Ruiz Jr, who scored the best win of any US HW when he stopped AJ. But I think Hunter is more versatile and would beat Ruiz Jr H2H.

Superficially, going by his record, Wilder looks like the best, but that changes when you take a closer look at who he fought - and more importantly, who he didn't fight - during his title reign.

Imo, Hunter stopping Bakole and drawing - unluckily - with Povetkin, and Ruiz Jr stopping AJ, are better performances than anything I've seen from Wilder.
