Would like to see that one. Don't know if they'll give Smith that chance since he's got the WBA belt, but that would be a solid matchup with the winner fighting the winner of Yildirim-TBA for the belt holder after that one. DAZN already denied Yildirim as an opponent for Canelo, so unless some shady ish happens, Canelo ain't fighting for the title next at least.

I've thought this as well. He could be a threat at 168 if he manages to beat Dervy into submission and if little Charlo beats Rosario he could move up to 160 and kind of fall into place. It would be good for both divisions that way.

Benavidez and Plant is definitely the one to see though. I think it would be a great fight to watch and possibly bring out the best in both guys.

It would be the better fight, IF BENAVIDEZ CAN MAKE WEIGHT! I'd like to see Benavidez fight Lionell Thompson, and prove himself worthy of a title shot!

If he fights canelo at 175, I am fine with that.

Otherwise, he should stay at 168. Bivol and Beterbiev are too much for him.
