The reality is that Fury had a great win 5 years, two retirements and a drugs ban ago. He then came back and was ranked on the basis of a draw against a guy (Wilder) who picked up a cheap title and then avoided anyone meaningful.

Those two fighters got ranked 1 and 2 in the World from Joshua losing, and then avenging a defeat. How the hell is that the case? Joshua holding three belts that he unified with an unmatched resume in the division and more top 10 wins than the other two put together got ranked as 3? Nah, that's mongs playing the undefeated hype.

That meant, in many people's eyes, that they contested for the lineal title. Not to me they didn't.

We need to see a concensus 1 and 2 fight. They were never that, just ranked that way by some organisations. They were never a clear one and two.

If Fury fights and beats Joshua then I'll call him Lineal. He will have beaten both rivals at the top and every possible line will go through him.

    Until then it's vacant.
The reality is that Joshua was dominated and stopped by a 500x1 late replacement 12 months ago, and although he avenged it in a rematch, he arguably didn't do it in a particularly impressive manner.

Fury on the other hand absolutely destroyed the unbeaten 5yr champion WBC Wilder who was widely regarded as one of the most dangerous & heavy punching heavyweights of all time.

It's all very well calling Wilder a bum in hindsight, but the fact remains that he was the bookies favourite against both Fury and Joshua.

That's why every boxing publication and website on the planet has Fury ranked #1 ahead of Joshua.

If you can find one that says otherwise, please correct me.

I almost made a thread saying basically the same thing. Wilder has been silent for months, other than the twerking fiasco. But now all of a sudden he wants to speak up about the guy that he avoided for years? And Ruiz's fat azz has something to say too? After turning down a big payday against Whyte to fight Arreola for a lot less money? And the worst is Fury, who was doing everything he could to try and avoid Whyte before last weekend. Now he wants to talk sheet??? You idiots need to call these boxers on this cowardly stuff. Fights are fought in the ring and the Whyte vs Povetkin fight is a perfect example of this. Fury has only fought 2 guys out of the top 33 yet, based off the Wilder win, he's somehow number one and unbeatable??? Hell no he isn't. AJ and Whyte have been fighting high level, top ten guys for years now and yet a lot of you dumazzes hate them. But Fury and Wilder fight Sefaris and Szpilkas and you praise them??? You should be calling them out on all of this. You should be calling Fury out on being a PED cheat. You should go onto Ruiz's Instgram and sound off on him opening his fat mouth about Whyte after ducking him. And you definitely should be all over twerking Wilder for having a say about Whyte...but nothing to say about fighting Fury again this year.

Honestly I found this video very ironic that his career is going up in flames ,this is what he’s been doing ,I would have actually enjoyed it if he had a Fury to torch it would have at least had some sense to it for banter .

Whyte then proceeded to get put to sleep by a 40yr old man.

            As usual, we were right.
Fury never destroyed anyone top fighter except Wilder in his last fight in all his years of boxing who is known as the worst skilled guy in the sport so he got away with robbing a bank with no one in there and having cameras turned off to stop him basically.

You’re an example of why I made the thread ,you do and think backwards with no rhyme or reason ,if it’s not about Fury you don’t actually have much to say . A real boxing brain would be able to list reasons why Whyte is actually more dangerous for Fury then Wilder or Povetkin but you would have to take the fanboy glasses off .

What were you right about anyway ? You picked Whyte and Fury never fought Whyte so how did he destroy him ? You shouldn’t be on this thread unless you wanted to really get dug into ,because your exactly the type I am talking about on here and you proved it . Ha

I know you were talking about me, but next time just grow a pair of balls and tag me in the thread.

You'll come to me grovelling on your knees after Fury KOs
              Joshua.

'denium, I'm sorry dude, you were right, Fury is legit'

Don't worry, you won't be the first, or last to do it.

Wilder was the bookies favourite for a non-fight against Joshua? Well that's as good as actually beating him isn't it?

I didn't call Wilder a bum in hindsight. I said all along he was untested and clearly unskilled.

Joshua beat Ruiz in very impressive fashion. It was a complete shut out. Are you one of those who thinks losing 90% of the fight and then landing a knockout punch is more impressive? ie Wilder v Ortiz 2?

That being the case, we wouldn't be very impressed with Fury out pointing Wlad would we? More impressive would be Joshua stopping him? Or do the rules change for Fury?

Rank Fury number one by all means, I don't really have a problem with it. 1-2-3... they're not the sizeable gaps you think they are. But that's very different from saying we had a clear 1 and 2 to fight for the Lineal. We haven't had that for a long time.

Just because Fury says he's Lineal doesn't mean he is.

If you are busy fighting Washington, Stiverne rematch, Szpilka and you are offered a career payday and you refuse...yes, than it makes sense. Wilder ducked Whyte.

Lets not pretend Wilder fought some killers back to back.

Haha if you call running away and potshotting an untrained morbidly obese man for 12 rounds impressive then fair enough, but look how the likes of Fury and Wilder handle rematches?

Joshua went life and death with an inactive Wlad and was very nearly KTFO, whereas Fury dominated and shut him out in his own backyard. Fury was far, far more impressive.

The entire boxing establishment calls Fury the lineal champion, so i think i'll take the likes of Dan Rafael's opinion over yours.

It's not about Fury getting "credit"

Idiotic Fury haters were saying fury was going to "Duck" Dullian Shyte to fight his contracted rematch with Wilder, and then an undisputed title fight.

That's total garbage as how are you going to "duck" a ****ty domestic fighter to fight a unified world champion who already knocked Shyte the **** out

Then an old, shot, past prime former contender from 10 years ago, who someone had to go and pick up from the old folks home, ****s Shyte out and ends his career

So it's not about giving Fury "credit", it's just that it's funny. We all knew Shyte stood no chance vs Fury, it'd be a totally pointless fight. And it's not that much of a stretch that if a shot to bits, no handspeed, no punch resistance, no anything, old midget Povetkin knows Shyte out, well its not that much of a stretch that a FAR superior Fury would have beaten Shyte, I mean anyone with a brain knows Shyte had nothing for Fury did he. I mean Shyte is Shyte

It's like akin to saying "prime klitschko never beat Audley Harrison so he doesn't get credit for Michael sprott KO'ing him"

Wlad wouldn't "need" any "credit" for that. Wlad is 10x better than Harrison, Fury is 10x better than Shyte.

So to sum up, garbage thread, Fury haters are ****** idiots.
