Can we all agree that Whyte was never on the Fury-AJ elite level?

Where are all the boxing experts like Tyistall claiming that Whyte is some elite beast?

I've been telling everyone for years, Dillian Whyte is garbage and always has been. As if Tyson Fury would ever duck that bum lol.

AJs win over Povetkin is also looking better and better, I think Fury destroys him, however I do respect AJs resume and work.

Fury fans called this result, there's a reason why we're the most knowledgeable HW fanbase.

Whyte was always a hype job and we definitely called this correctly.

I do think Povetkin is still a threat to everyone not Fury. Fury is just GOAT.

I have never believed he is on AJ or Fury level, but he should have beaten Povetkin.

I still believe he beats Povetkin in a rematch, to be honest.

And I still think Whyte -Wilder would be a very good fight.

Good call Wraps, I must admit, i did pick Whyte to win, not because he's any good, but because the Russian is shot to bits, yet he still managed to put Whyte to sleep lol.

I remember watching them last night and thinking to myself, Fury is just so far ahead of these buns.

I wasn't 100 percent sure where to rate him, obviously he wasn't at AJ or fury level as he already lost to AJ, however he did seem to have a knack for scraping close wins against good opponents.

I think most people understood Whyte was and still is in the 2nd tier of guys, as is Povetkin. Full credit to Povetkin for pulling out that beautiful KO, but we also can't act like Whyte hadn't dominated the fight up until that punch

              Not really.

Povetkin won the first couple of rounds, Whyte started getting into it and had a big 4th round, and then got laid out in the 5th, hardly dominating.

The commentary was ridiculously biased towards Whyte.

You could make an argument for Povetkin in rd 2. Whyte jabbed the **** out of him in rd 1, that was a clear Whyte rd imo. But Whyte smashed him in the 4th, had him down twice and hurt on the 2nd KD, 1st one was a flash KD. Povetkin did not look good in the corner between rounds, he was almost done. But again, it doesn't really matter, Povetkin found a way to win and it wasn't just some lucky punch either. Great technique and movement to set that shot up.

Still, I would highly favor Whyte in the rematch, more than I did coming into this one when I leaned about 60/40 to Whyte

Never has been and probably never will be, however i still think he's a very good fighter who still could very possibly pick up a title, just not against these guys, but even against these guys he can definitely hold his own and give us great fights.

AJ and Fury are on the same level now?

AJ has a loss. Yes it was avenged, but that doesn’t mean it’s forgotten

There’s a reason Fury is the clear favourite
