Who else found that KO surreal?

All BS and bias aside, that chit was shocking, no? Hell of an uppercut, Dillian looked to have the victory in the bag, Sascha gassed in the second round and looked like he had balance/knee issues. When that punch landed Dillian seemed to fall in slow motion. Pure, shocking events!

Me. I thought Povetkin was done, I was literally mouth wide open when that shot landed

I gave Povetkin till the fourth for victory before the fight because I knew after that he'd be on the way down... Kudos for finding that pearler although Whyte always gives you that kind of opportunity even though he looked in control...

Yeah I need another card to start immediately before my adrenaline comes down. Still riding high on that KO

We still have Joe Smith Jr vs Eleider Alvarez too. Basically a 50/50 fight. I also want to see tall tree Sebastian Fundora get slept by Nathaniel Gallimore as well on the showtime card for another albeit lesser upset.

Well I mean Povetkin had been taking a beating himself, he was fighting while buzzed. I did not think he could pull off such a well place shot with such perfect form under those circumstances. It was not like a desperation swing for the fences. It was pure skill from a veteran former champ.

It was a real shocker. I don't believe no one saw this one coming. This knockout to me was very reminiscent of Joshua/Ruiz I. Both were handpicked and very huge underdogs.

Truly a punch from the gods.

I doubt we'll see a better KO this year.

I picked Povetkin to win, I thought he was just a better fighter than Whyte even at 40 but after the first round I thought it was just a matter of time, Povetkin just looked slow and a little clumsy. Then Whyte started knocking him down and you just knew it was coming. This is one of those gems and the reason why I still watch boxing. You never know.

You know what? I realised in the aftermath of that fight, Sasha is a true legend of the sport. The amount of Gold he won in the amateurs, former World champion in the pros, has fought many great fighters in his career. He is a true warrior and I doubted him in this fight, thought of him as old and shot. What a fighter with a storied career! And it ain't over yet.
