Pedraza took away Loma's angles and made him come in center line, and Pedraza isn't high volume. How good is Teo's boxing IQ? Because Loma has a short reach, he uses the angles to jump in and get his combos off and angle out. Also, his defense isn't as good as people think. The book is still out of Teo but his philly counter is specifically made for guys moving in on a straightline with a short reach ala FMW Jr fighting primarily guys with reaches under 72'' except for Judah . Nice match up.

You havent missed anything. What you have seen is a lot of people here that hate Loma and hope he gets beat. The likely outcome of this fight is Loma does what Floyd did to Canelo, the exception being Loma will go for the kill if its there. There is the outside shot Lopez lands something flush and can keep Loma down. If he cant he will get schooled and everyone here knows it.

There won't be any schooling in this fight. Loma can't play with Lopez the way he was patting Marriaga's head. Distasteful crap for someone his fans say is classy. He can't relax and dance. Lopez will keep jumping on him from the get. Stronger, younger, sharper, and more powerful.

Loma won't be boxing much. Lopez won't let him. He better be prepared for a tough, physical fight where he's thrown around and roughed up. I also wouldn't mind if Lopez threw some sneaky low blows and elbows, hitting down behind the head, etc., like Loma himself does.

you sound like those old guys who get mad when someone flips their bat after hitting a home run.

why do you pretend to care about class and then the very next paragraph right something like that? you just dont like loma so you pretend to care about things you dont actually care about. you dont like loma because he made tank look scared, instead of being mad at tank for not fighting the best you got mad at loma for trying to make tank fight him. you gotta fix your priorities! fandom got a hold of you bad!

You have to favor Lomachenko because of his skills. He is at least one of the three best fighters in the world pound for pound. That being said Lopez is a young hungry champion. He's a beast and probably Lomachenko's most dangerous fight of his career. He's 10 years older than Lopez and you never know when it's going to be a bad night for a fighter his age. But there are levels to this and Lopez is going to face something he might not be prepared for.

I give Lomachenko a lot of credit for even taking this fight. He's doing what Canelo refuses to do and that's take on a young, hungry, unbeaten fighter. I think he wins a clear decision here.

About the dirty fighting thing. I've seen many advise Maidana to fight Floyd this way, and said it was his best and only chance. You must've seen those posts.

For Lopez, it isn't the only chance, but I wouldn't mind if he threw some dirty tactics in. Loma does it well himself. He's one of the best rabbit punchers.

Showboating against a hapless victim like Marriaga isn't cool, no matter who does it. Get it?

The "best" fighter in the world is given much credit for fighting a kid with 15 fights. Not by me. He should be greatly favored already, no? Not much credit here. Loma is either great or he's not. I go with he's not.
