Is Wilder hoping Fury moves on?

I'm still a fan, don't mistake me, but, I do have to call them like I see them.

Since the KO loss Wilder has had nothing but excuses and roadblocks. He seems like he doesn't want the rematch but also doesn't want to be the one to call it off.

Seems to me like Wilder's hoping to **** around and delay until Fury calls it off that way Wilder can ***** he's been ducked or some such similar bull****.

    Thoughts?

i have no idea really, i just presumed he wanted the fury fight to redeem himself, seems to me fury is the guy who just wants to skip wilder now and go straight for joshua, but contracts are that, breakem and u go to court and pay up

If that's the case, which would be fair enough considering the beating he took, then he should just do it quickly.

The last I heard from Deontay Wilder; Rumors were swirling that he was back in training camp this month for the third Tyson Fury fight. So I believe, the notion that he is hoping for Fury to move on are untrue. He wants to fight.

Has anyone heard anything from Deontay? Other than that twerking video it’s like he’s completely disappeared off the face of the earth.

Theres no telling. Both Wilder and Fury are frauds so you never know with either. But the silence is deafening with Wilder right now after all the excuses he came up with since the fight. The last we seen or heard from him was the twerking video and it's been a little hard for him to live that one down hahaha. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out starting with the Povetkin vs Whyte fight this weekend. A lot of moving parts to sort out in the WBC

Honestly my first assumption for pretty much all fighters is that the pandemic hit and with it, obvious uncertainties.

If Wilder doesn't want the fight, why is it that it is Arum who keeps claiming about shifting the date and talking about having a live audience. I don't think it is either Wilder or Fury. Since Fury-Wilder is the second biggest fight for Fury right now (only AJ fight would be bigger), neither promoters or networks want a fight without audience.

They want to make maximum bucks out of this which is why there is delay and uncertainty.

Wilder may be lacking in intelligence. Wilder may make a fool out of himself a lot.

But if there's one thing Wilder got it's heart. I believe he wants this third fight. Mos Def.

He's in training camp. He is currently relaxing with loved ones by taking a chill from all the rigors of social media and the press.

For five years straight he has been promoting his own fights. He's been making several live appearances, while doing interview after interview and teleconferences. His body needs and could use a much needed rest from it all.

So now he just wants to relax and allow the champ to do all the promoting and build up for this fight for a change; While he concentrates on correcting and fixing his mistakes in the ring.
