Not quite. He's correctly saying that a guy in Benevidez's position (world champion, big purse) has no excuse to not be hiring the people he needs to get the job done.

Lower guys without that money and profile still manage to make weight so there's really no excuse for a guy with access to every imaginable resource.

I'm not wishing anything. I was looking at it from size wise. I also agree the Bivol has Nelo's milk too.

Guessing he fights Yildirim for the vacant belt.

Another misfire from this guy though. Looked so good breaking through but then the drug use, the promotional dispute, the talk of not wanting to fight the best without multiple interim fights, now missing weight. He young doe etc. but seems headed in the wrong direction

Move up to 175.. Canelo would slaughter you at 168..

I don`t believe that would happen. Bivol is more skilled guy, better boxer.

logically he shouldnt be able to fight Yildirim for the vacant belt next without being penalized somehow by WBC for missing weight, but Benavitez-Yildirim must be a done deal already, so even if he comes heavy again, Yildirim is gonna have to take the fight no matter at what weigh Benavitez will show up

Beterbiev just whipped a really skilled fighter that Teddy Atlas trained and brutally broken down, I don't see any problem with him taking out Bivol who struggled with Pascal and Joe Smith Jr
