Regarding the fight, hard to gauge since Kauffman had one foot in retirement and Wallin was training in his apartment and in Central Park.

Kauffman looked very out of shape and Wallin didn't look his best physically either. That being said, I still think Wallin was going to stop him sooner rather than later had the injury not occurred.

Wallin needed a fight after the layoff and covid. Next fight can be against someone ranked. A fight against Ortiz would be nice but not sure that happens. Maybe a fight against Schwarz in Germany (who I believe is #8 in IBF) or with recent free agent Michael Hunter perhaps...

I don't think Otto is a world beater but he's a southpaw and moves fairly well for his size and has a decent jab. He could prove tricky for some of the top contenders.
