Joshua would be Ronaldo in this analogy.

So it's likely win win for Canelo to not agree to less money & just dispute the contract/get DAZN to opt out of the agreed deal if they won't pay him what's in the contract.
Canelo is the ONLY fighter DAZN shouldnt touch. AJ and GGG and Andrade are all expendable. Let them all go, seriously.

Canelo is the FACE of BOXING for at least 2-3 more years. Milk that dry.

Lenny Blavatnik might have to evaluate this personally in that IF DAZN truly felt Canelo was a valuable asset for boxing then he will be reminded from Canelo’s legal as to why DAZN has funds to secure German football but no reserve for Canelo.

No. I’m saying they are superstars in Europe and they bring cash. Their standards are so high that even during a pandemic they are secured reserves to satisfy the game and the revenue in that market. This is what Canelo’s Legal needs to remind Blavatnik head on. He’s the only one whom can make the call, and if he made the decision to approve 4billion in Germany then surely he’ll satisfy Canelo. It has to go over Skipper

Canelo is the only name that seems to generate Subs for DAZn , But Dazn should And deserve to cut Canelos $ , Hes been selfish throughout this whole dealand instead of making it a partnership where everyone involved wins , Canelo took the $ without giving a Sh.it Or making a real effort in Helping DAZn become successful

Years of Everybody in every level of the sport ( Organizations/ Judges / Promoters / Media ) bending over backwards and trying to kiss Canelos a.ss trying to make him happy and and giving him all the breaks has resulted in Huge massive Ego Whos only concerned about himself and if he doesn’t get what he want he’ll act like a diva , pout , cry shi.t on his business partners just to get what he wants even if it’s detrimental to everyone involved

Instead of looking at the DAZn deal as a partnership where he would actively try and build the Brand / Business of this new Sporting Platform where everyone involved wins
, His action have showed it’s Only about Canelo

A example of how you do it would be Mayweather when he went to Showtime , it was a partnership and everyone involved Won ( Mayweather / Haymon / Espinoza ) on the deal . Market share , Record Generating PPV #s And $ generated , 2 Absolute BlockbusterS , 3 if you include the Conor fight

GGGimmick brings nothing to the table in terms of subscribers but gets 90 mil plus equity. This is to be the biggest joke in boxing. DAZN deserves to go out of business in the USA for this level of financial stupidity.
