Why having the Former Soviet Countries holding all the titles is a good thing:

If we know one thing about these Former Soviet athletes is that they have big egos...they will want to be #1...if it is a team sport they will win as a "Team", but when it is individual competition they are not satisfied with their "Commrade" sharing the spotlight.

Ex: look at Female Tennis...all of these Russian girls love winning titles, but especially when they play another Russian girl...I hear it all the time in interviews where a girl with "OV" at the end of her name is thrilled to beat another Russian...they also seem to play harder.

THEY WILL ALL WANT TO FIGHT EACHOTHER AND UNITE THE TITLE, TO MAKE ONE CHAMPION.

Why should it matter if there russian or whatever, the whole point is to try and make the HW div exciting and they may be able to do it.

People are sick of having different fighters calling themselves "Champion" simply because they have a title.

With all the Americans holding a title why aren't they forcing their Promoter to make that match? the Promoter works for them, not the other way around.

My point is this, the Russian fighters that hold a title will force their promoters to make their next match against another belt holder in order to show that he is the best, he is the true, and only Champion.

Having one champs is what boxing needs, I'm sick of having 196387347653 champions calling themselves the best when they don't fight other belt holders.

yea too bad there is only one russian holding a title.

then Americans wonder why some people dislike them (not me, I think America is great, but it has its problems like everyone else).

Stop categorizing people as white, black, russian and chinese.

There are Nigerians and Ethiopians. Russians and Ukrainians. Japanese and Chinese.

Respect people for who they are and where they come from.

I thought that any competative person, no matter what his country of origin would like to be number 1 in his sport, right?

That is precisely a reason. But still, for some of the people, it is an insult when somebody calls them russian instead of their actual place of birth. This is especially true for western ukrainians. They have beef with russians for like last 400 years.
