The infancy of the women's ranks is why I say it's not Braekhus' fault. In 15 to 25 years when the talent pool is much deeper with women sharpening their tools against equal opposition in sparring and competitive bouts, things will be looking different.
I enjoy watching some women's boxing but only top level, anything below that is like watching club level amateurs, and at times, championship fights look that way too. I don't need to see Mayweather in the ring every time I watch a boxing match, but like the Egg and Cheese scrap, they have to be able to at least move like a professional and throw punches correctly, whether they land or not, which, let's be honest, A LOT of women can't. I simply can't enjoy something for what it is when what it is is shyt.
Women's boxing can be enjoyable, but, just don't shít on my head and tell me it's raining chocolate is all I'm saying.
