Can you name a fight where Loma was guaranteed more than 3.25 million?
Or point out a contract clause that stipulates he is supposed to get more?
'Cause if you can't, it's not a concession or paycut on Loma's part.
All of you talking about Teo being greedy need to explain to me how a career high purse for Lomachenko equals him taking a "paycut".
That was for Lomachenko vs Crolla. Crolla only made 800k that fight.
I dont believe the figures were released for Lomachenko vs Campbell but it reasons to say he made more.
So now it's your turn buddy to show proof why Teo is worth more than 1.2 million.
Cuz to me, it looks like you're just one of those "fans"looking for excuses.
"I need to feed my family"
Well. Not taking this fight won't feed your family. Taking a lesser fight feeds your family even LESS.
This, even during Corona times is EASILY his biggedt pay day by far but he would rather be broke than take this fight and back up his words.
If beating Lomachenko is as easy as he says he'll easily make more than 1.2 million his next fight and when this pandemic is over make even more.

They still wouldn’t be happy even if Teo would make more than Loma
They know what the outcome will be no matter what he’s paid
Teo about to be no mased and lopez sr will be forced to throw the towel in when teo can't handle the pressure.
Then when the fight is over Loma will be looking over at Sr because he wants to see the look in his eyes after he beat the **** out of his kid.
Its gonna be rough. A motivated Lomachenko isn't a guy you want to face but he ran and ran his mouth and now when its time to put up?
"I need to feed my family"
Lmfao!
At least rigo had the balls to get in the ring and to make excuses after.

You're "assuming" Loma got more for Campbell. I'm assuming he got the same (like a contract with ESPN often paying a set minimum amount) or less. The ppv only did 205,000 buys...and not US buys but UK buys which is a third of the price here.
As for Teo, whenever fanboys either wave pompoms for who they like or low-rate the potential opponents for who they like, invariably the phrase "it's his biggest payday" gets offered as a final argument.
It isn't.
It IS a valid point. And, as someone who wants to see the fight, I wish Teo would take it.
But, I can't call it a duck when Lopez rightfully points out he is being treated differently than other champions Lomachenko faced.
When Loma challenged for Linares's belt, Jorge got 1 million and Loma got 1.2 million. When Loma took on Pedraza for Jose's belt, Loma got twice as much as Pedraza, 2 million to 1 million.
So, here's Teo, an undefeated champion who is a better draw than both and he gets offered a percentage that's less than either of those two?
I don't have to prove shyt till someone explains that nice piece of illogic.
Teo is definitely worth more than Linares or Pedraza and if there was no COVID-19 and this was happening in MSG or Barclay's, it would be Lopez's fans buying all the tickets, not Loma's.Last edited by koolkc107; 08-02-2020, 08:56 AM.

How is Lopez’s purse unfair exactly? You keep using these percentage figures without understanding the differences in what Loma is earning
It's irrelevant who was champ, especially when you remember that Loma made MORE than Linares. Loma got 1.2 million, 200K more than Jorge. That's almost a 50/50 split.
Loma got 2 million to Pedraza's 1 million. That's thirty-three and a third percent to Jose.
1.2 million of a 4.45 million dollar pot (Loma is getting 3.25 million, right?) is less than 27%.
It's lowkey an insult given what has happened before.
