Are you not aware that the “best heavyweight version” of James Toney couldn’t beat Sam Peter or Hasim Rahman or something?

I thought he won the first Peter fight actually. That wasn’t the best neither, he was already 35 when he was fighting Holyfield, but I’d say that and Ruiz who beat Rahman were better versions of Toney. He was about 37/38 by the time Rahman and Peters rolled in.

He was the same version I.e Not good at Heavyweight.
