Why would Hauser need to write about Miller? It’s not rocket science or Matlock material to write about HGH, EPO, etc... combinations. Lol. For Hauser and Montoya that’s not even a challengeHauser is in Bob's pocket. All for (just) 20% "subsidized" traveling and accommodation costs by ToPrank.
When Big Belly pissed dirty, Hauser was all crickets. Only after Bob gave him an allowance, he dared to write one piece about it. If it was any other stable's fighter, this guy would be hyperventilating to this day.

That's Hauser's style, man. He'll always offer some fig leaf to demonstrate his even-handedness, even when he's doing a hit piece (which I ain't saying this is btw)... Honestly I don't know whether there's any agenda behind this article or not, but I have noted that in the last few days on here I've seen a negative article about TR (by Fitzsimmonds) a positive about Showtime (by Roldy) and a negative about DAZN (here), although it's fair to point out that the Charlo Sho card is also the best on offer right now.
Personally I don't see an issue. As a matter of course we should look at any media or news source (right from Fox News or The Wall Strreet Journal to the 'Scene or The Morning Star or your local Community Newspaper... they all got a slant) in the context of the interests of it's owners, there is no such thing as true objectivity - nor should we expect there to be - merely different perspectives and interests. The Scene still remains about the best boxing news source around but like any other source we can't expect it to exist in a vacuum. The fact of the matter is WADA revised it. So technically bringing up Canelo as a PED offender is void under WADA’s new rule, SPECIFICALLY, regarding meat contamination. SMRTL didn’t have to do any favors to GBP by saying the results were consistent with Meat Contamination. A study that has been in research for benefit of doubt and recently revised. That’s why Hauser and Montoya don’t need to waste their time.
But assure you, many writers don’t see this logic. Bringing up a guy like Big Baby Miller while bringing up Canelo, depending on how it’s written, could have libelous outcomings unless the formula is truly objective... then again, it’s still hard to do.
Breadman stopped hating on Canelo when I exposed his ass, and he learned his lesson with Jrock. A Jrock whom said the Charlos were suspect... but Breadman knows not to go against the grain with Shields and Haymon. Hence, job security up in dis hoeComment

He's right about the fact that these awful ESPN/Bob Arum shows have done more harm to boxing during the quarantine. No-name fighters in boring fights while the country was starved for live sports perpetuated the idea that boxing is boring and boxing is dying. The ratings bore that out .Comment

First off, very good post. I agree with what you said throughout, but I quote the above statement because that's the part I wanted to add some thought to.
You're right that the Charlo card, as billed, is the best card we are seeing this far since the pandemic hit. We will be financing it's quality via PPV as opposed to what's been available this far. The question is - will that actually be the card presented to us on fight night? I hope they happen as planned but who knows?
One thing we've seen with alot of the initial fight cards are matches getting scrubbed due to covid exposure, injury or not making weight. The limited pool of replacements under current conditions has affected the quality of the cards quite a bit.
TR's pedestrian cards were made to provide live content for ESPN at a budget. Some of their best fights and fighters didn't happen: Baranchyk/Zepeda, Marriaga, Herring/Oquendo, Big Baby Miller, etc.
The pandemic has really affected how promoters are putting together cards and which fighters are stepping in the ring.Comment
