  • Comments Thread For: Joshua Explains Why He Doesn't View Tyson Fury as Intimidating

WBO, IBF, IBO, WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua does not view WBC champion Tyson Fury as an intimidating opponent. Fury made a statement back in February, when he scored two knockdowns to eventually stop Deontay Wilder in the seventh round to capture the WBC world title at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The last time AJ went to the deep end, he quit.

Fury has been in the deep end plenty of times, but always finds a way to win.

If AJ wants to believe that rubbish to make him feel better about his chances in the fight, then good for him.

    Fury by KO

You yourself have lost all intimidation.

After getting bounced around the ring and made to quit vs an obese Mexican midget you then got your chance at revenge and became a 6'6" man mountain version of Fred Astaire, tip tapping your way to a dreary, fearful decision win.

You cannot hold a shot, it was suspect before but its beyond all doubt now, you cannot hold a shot.

Since you aren't in your early 20s and many steward isn't around I don't see him turning it around, Fury should have way too much for him, Fury is a born fighter and blessed with massive size, I don't see this fight as overly competitive.

Fury generally isnt an intimidating kind of fighter because of his usual style, but the obvious exception was that last fight where he looked like a ****ing monster.

AJ himself has lost a lot of his intimidation factor tbh, hes been wobbled too many times.

You shouldnt be intimidated by his feinting and moving
You should be intimidated by his ability to emulate his opponent and beat them at their own game. He out jabbed and grabbed klitschko who out jabbed and grabbed challengers for 10 years straight.
He then knocked out wilder who had like 42 wins 41 knockouts and 0 losses.
You are in deep trouble joshua

Isnt it funny the AJ is not intimidating because he has been rocked while Tyson Fury has been knocked spark out (he recovered in time to beat the 10 count) but Tyson isnt chinny.

Furys confidence worried his opponents. But both fury and Josh got tough fights ahead. Surely they only have to fight whyt E and pulev before facing each other?

Well Fury wasn't knocked 'spark out' because he beat the ten count.

AJ got dominated and stopped 12 months ago.

AJ has poor powers of recovery, whereas Fury is the complete opposite.
