Well if LSC agrees to fight him, even if Tank is 134.5, then I have no sympathy for him! LSC should've fought GRJ at least twice already, and Rigondeaux at least once! I guess they weren't big enough fish for him?

About a month ago I suggested that Devin Haney (being shut out of all the top 135 fights) should fight Richard Commey. Another poster told me, "No way, Commey just got KO'd, he doesn't deserve a title fight!" I had to agree with him, because he was right, but then this:

Agreed 100%, seems like LSC could only get a small/medium payday for facing Rigo or GRjt so went for big payday Vs Davis. I can't blame him because we all like money, but will have zero sympathy when he gets knocked out then complains Tank was too big

Solid fight. Two really good fighters. Frankly, I'd prefer a card with LSC/Russell and Tank/Joseph Diaz. These 2 fights are not as big as Tank/LSC but IMO they are more meaningful because they bring each division closer to being unified.

All the undefeated in their prime fighters available and some calling Stank out but PbcHaymon continues to protect him by putting him in with past it or light-hitting slow Hispanic fighters....ie the A. Its just rare I dont find it an issue except for the fact that the lightweight strap on the line is a sub title .
