Could you imagine if Floyd showed up at the weigh-in at 130? Pretty Boy weight?

That's how you'd know he's trolling the critics while collecting larger checks than active fighters not named Canelo Alvarez.

Nothing wrong with a little exhibition. Boxing legends have participated in those in the past and will participate in them in the future.

They don't count on the official pro record so it's all good. Just a little fun.

Remember Uchiyama has some serious power so it's still a risk to some degree for Floyd to take him on. Exhibitions are the easy way to circumvent that risk of his oh so coveted 0 (that no one cares about) and still make bucketloads.
You actually honestly believe that Uchiyama has a chance of beating Mayweather in the boxing match?

Assuming Uchiyama caught him (which he never would), would it really matter if it was on Mayweather’s official record or not?

People would use “Floyd Mayweather got knocked out by a 40 year old retired super featherweight in a four round exhibition fight” as an argument against his greatness.

So again, I don’t see the point of an exhibition.

I would actually be totally down for this if it was a 10 round fight at 154. I think it would be fun. I would expect Mayweather to win by knockout and to be a 40-1 favorite, but a big boxing match in Japan would be cool and I would watch it.

I have trouble caring about exhibitions at all to be honest. I would probably catch it on YouTube if I heard something exciting happened.

So that’s my point. There’s no reason not to make it real and the reason to make it real is amping up the excitement factor.

Yes, and if Floyd can get paid well for doing them, good luck to him.
Not interested then just don't buy it, don't watch.

                      What's the issue?
