Of course you can get your body in good condition in your 40s and 50s but condition and a cosmetic look is never going to allow you to compete with competent young athletes let alone elite young men and women in their prime , I'll say it again how many Olympic track champions over their very 30s ( and they are at the longer distances where residual stamina is built up from a very early age) very very bad idea oscar unless of course you hand pick a body but then what do you prove with that ? Leave it to history or do the fitness side and enjoy good health ..
