  • Carl Froch always slandering Joe Calzaghe and Andre Ward, but he ain't in their class

    Agree or disagree?

Joe Calzaghe and Andre Ward @ 168 would be a mythical super fight. Carl Froch meanwhile is a crude slugger, a real blood and guts, gritty, huff and puffer. He just does not have the boxing brain and skillset to ever, in 100 attempts, come close to matching Calzaghe or Ward.

Is there anyone here who thinks otherwise? I could do with a laugh.

He does that to everyone, Froch can be vindictive. He beats Groves twice and he still can’t get over the trash talk that groves put on him.

During Mikaela Mayer’s win against overmatched foe Helen Joseph, Ward took the chance to exact some revenge on Froch.

He said: “Your opponent being slower than you though, that’s a real thing.

“I remember fighting Carl Froch in the final of the Super Six.

“The first two or three punches he threw, I was shocked. I had to adjust to how slow he was.

“So that’s a thing, and it can take a couple of rounds to adjust to a fighter that’s slower than you thought.”

He might not have the skills of Joe or Dre, but the man's got an unending supply of grit and resolve. That'll take you a long way.

          - -Why U publicize Froch and Wart who turned down his biggest purse ever to rematch Froch in England?

          SuperJoe in another era entirely.

Froch could be super awkward. He had long stiff jab too, wasn't the most pretty but was surprisingly effective.

To be fair joe calzaghe had a slapping style and got points for touches rather than punches.

Ward was very good but known for low blows ,headbutts and clinch fests. It was literally jab clinch low blow body shot clinch for ward

Boxing brain . I beg to differ.... Froch had charisma ,iq and toughness with a granite chin and some heavy hands. He lacked speed and quickness so there are only so many style you can use without speed and quickness. But Froch definitely had a gopd boxing brain . He went all 12 rounds and was a threat every second.

Notice how calzaghe and ward got away with their styles with the right ref and judges.

                Those things matter

Froch is bitter and twisted and getting worse with age.. although he beat Groves twice, Groves mentally tortured him and he still can't sleep at night for it. Opened his eyes to what people really thought of him..

He cant accept he's not branded the real deal, the man with the zero..

He thinks he should be thought of a lot higher than what he was/is...

Charisma? Froch spent over half his career struggling to get his fights aired in the UK.

Are you related to Froch? Your slandering the best Super Middleweights sounds very Froch-ish.
