He defended his WW title and because 147 is below the 154 limit then his JMW title must also be on the line.

You cannot hold a title and be beaten below its weight and keep that title, so if you hold a higher weight title it automatically is on the line if you are defending a lower weight title.

No, I am not familiar with paper tigers. If you deny something that happened in reality, that is called living in denial. I don't have that problem so I can't relate to you.
