Good step up for Garcia. I'm a fan of Luke but still favor Ryan in the fight if it happens. Campbell is a fighter who can push the best of ooponents but has fallen short in his two biggest matchups. He's rangy, skilled and slick but lacks something to set the tempo against top flight opponents.
