Campbell is one of the fighters who would be great if he had 30% more power. He just doesn't punch hard enough.

He looked a lot better against Loma because Loma was from a lower weight division so his punches actually gave Loma something to think about.

Garcia will take Campbell out in 6 rounds. Campbell can only win if he goes the full 12 rounds.

By that criteria, alot of all time greats are C class. Campbell lost to Mendy, Linares and Loma. He was still fairly inexperienced when he fought Mendy and subsequently avenged that loss.

I'd put Campbell in the B/B+ range., I think he's a skilled boxer but doesn't have alot of power and doesn't throw quite enough to overcome that power deficiency at the top levels.

As for as fighters go Campbell is an ordinary Joe. No power no speed limited skills. Garcia will probably drop or stop him mid way or sooner.
