Comments Thread For: Whyte: When I Dropped Fury Twice - He Was Sobbing, Coach Cussed Him

Heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte is standing firm on his claim that he not only dropped Tyson Fury in sparring - he also made the 'Gypsy King' cry in the aftermath. Fury holds the WBC heavyweight title. And Whyte, who holds the WBC's interim-title, is the mandatory challenger.

I feel like Whyte has a training camp story where he busted up and dropped every heavyweight that has walked this earth. Next we will be hearing about the time he made Sonny Liston quit mid-round in sparring.

Maybe it happened, maybe it didn't. I remember hearing how Paul Spadafora handled Mayweather in sparring. Alot of good that did his career. Training camp stories make for good stories on websites but that's about it...

I pretty much believe in Whyte , at least he is a lot more credible than Price who supossedely dropped everyone in sparring ( Fury , Joshua , etc ) , but THERE WAS NO WAY that Fury would lose to Haye , not even in the wildest dreams .

Two years later, Whyte was hanging from a rope after Joshua knocked him out.

Fury was probably sobbing while muttering something around the lines of "why can't I have the same PEDs that he has?"

I heard a rumour Whyte dropped Wach and Rivas in sparring too. Its a shame he couldnt do it in a real boxing match.

Whyte beat Fury up in sparing and was putting him down hard. Word is that Tyson wanted out, the second time he just didn't want to get up and fight again.
